Founder/Senior
Pastor James R. Bradley
Ministry
has always been central in the life of James Bradley. Raised in
the home of a pastor, he began his ministry in music, playing
the keyboard in his father's church at the age of 12. His
evangelistic ministry began at the age of 15 when he conducted
his first revival. While still in high school he ministered
extensively among the Indian Reservations across Northern
Canada.
Pastor
Bradley’s pastoral ministry began in Kokomo, Indiana in 1978 and
he has continued to shepherd the growing congregation to the
present time. Since those early years ministering to the Native
Americans, Pastor Bradley has had a heart for missions. He has
preached and taught in Haiti; Brazil, South America; Kenya;
South Africa; the Philippines; The Bahamas; Malaysia, and Great Britain.
Each year he is increasingly sought after to bring the Word of
God as a campmeeting and conference speaker, both in the United
States and overseas.
Integrity, practicality, piercing biblical insight, and
high-impact prophetic anointing are the hallmarks of the
ministry of James Bradley. Many pastors view him as a mentor
and a vanguard in this last day outpouring of the Holy Spirit.
In response, he founded Oversight
International Pastor's Network to provide assistance,
support, advice and encouragement to pastors.
Pastor Bradley has authored the book, NO VICTIMS
His ministry is also seen daily throughout central Indiana on
the WHMB telecast Family Worship Center Alive!,
and he is a guest periodically on Christian TV networks such as
LeSea and TBN. Pastor Bradley is the father of three sons;
Jonathan, Marcus and Davin.
Associate
Pastor Patrick & Kimberly Bousum
A
graduate of Dr. Lester Sumrall’s World Harvest Bible College
(now known as Indiana Christian University), Pastor Bousum has
served in several churches as youth minister, worship leader,
church-school administrator and assistant pastor. In
addition, he has worked for five different Christian radio
stations from New York to Oklahoma.
Since 1988, he has served as associate pastor to Pastor
Bradley. His responsibilities include serving as Ministry
Coordinator. In addition he counsels, teaches, writes, designs
and performs various other duties as needed. He also plays lead
guitar on the FWC Worship Team. He has authored a book entitled
Mourning to Dancing: Spiritual Orientation in the Seasons
of Life.
Kim is director of women's
ministries at Family Worship Center.
The Bousums
have three children and four grandchildren.
Evangelist Lucien Madding
After
serving as FWC's Youth Pastor for 12 years, Lucien Madding felt
the leading of the Holy Spirit to launch out into Evangelism.
Rev. Madding has a wealth of experience teaching and preaching
and has the heart of a soul-winner.
Born in the projects of Chicago, Rev. Madding's family moved to
Kokomo when he was a young boy. Here he accepted Christ and was
called into the ministry. He was a faithful member for many
years before joining the staff of FWC.
Rev. Madding is available for ministry at conferences, retreats,
revivals as well as regular church services. He may be contacted
through the church's phone and/or email address.
Youth Pastors Jordan & Stephanie Troutman
Pastors
Jordan and Stephanie are the newest additions to FWC's ministry
staff.
For nearly a decade, Pastor Jordan has been Youth Pastor of
Christian Faith Centre in Indianapolis. Last year, he married
Stephanie and in January 2007 agreed to become Youth Pastor of
FWC.
He is a young man with a
fire and vision to see this generation live a life above
reproach and to boldly declare their love for Jesus. This
passion was birthed in the summer of 1998, when at just 18 years
old God got a hold on his heart. After being raised in a
Christian home and playing the games of "CHURCH" all of his
life, he began to recognize the reality of Jesus.
Now, at the age of 26, he
believes that we are living amongst a generation of young people
that want to know God in a new and personal way. The young
people of today are a generation that is not afraid to live
their relationship with Christ out loud, and are willing to
stand and shout to this nation that "though none go with me
still I will follow".
Over the past two years,
their ministry has been responsible for touching the lives of
over 450 teenagers in the city of Indianapolis. Jordan's hunger
is to see God's purpose and design come to pass in this
generation as it has in his own.
Minister of Music Tim Taylor

drums and keyboard among other areas of service.

Family Worship Center. Not only does he direct the FWC Adult
